Safety Meeting Requirements
 

 

All project Subcontractors should hold at least weekly safety meetings with their personnel.  These should include safety information for employees in their primary language.

Safety meetings should be documented in writing with:

  • Date and time of the meeting

  • Name of person(s) conducting the meeting

  • Topic and type of training / information presented

  • Direct feedback from individual workers

  • The printed name and signature of persons attending
