Standards of Safety for Subcontractors |

WPM Construction has adopted
written Standards of Safety for this project site.
All subcontractors are required to have their own work-specific and site-specific safety and OSHA compliance programs. These shall be reviewed by the Project Safety Coordinator prior to commencing work. Subcontractor safety programs and safe work policies / procedures shall be in accordance with the Standards of Safety established by WPM. At the same time, WPM cannot be responsible for providing subcontractors with these work-specific and site-specific programs. It is the subcontractor's moral and legal responsibility to establish these programs and procedures, as the employer of their own personnel, toward maintaining a safe workplace. As the construction management company in charge of the project, WPM will periodically review subcontractor safety performance and results through regular reporting requirements, as well as scheduled and impromptu safety confirmation inspections.
