All visitors MUST check in
at the Construction Office. |

2. |
Contractor employees MUST
complete the project safety orientation prior to staring work at the
location. This is done at the Construction Office. |

|
3. |
ALL workforce personnel
MUST follow their employer's safety and OSHA
compliance rules, as well as project-specific safety requirements as
overseen by the
Project Superintendent and Project Manager. |

|
4. |
ANY HAZARD OR
UNSAFE CONDITION OBSERVED
must be reported to the Project Superintendent or Project Manager
IMMEDIATELY. |
|
|
5. |
DO NOT
allow your company's employees to work in any area where a safety
hazard is observed that could potentially affect them -- i.e.
missing fall protection railings, unprotected floor or wall holes,
etc. Report the situation to the Project Superintendent or Project
Manager IMMEDIATELY. |

6. |
Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) is
REQUIRED for all workforce personnel: |

Fall
Protection

when proper toprails and midrails are not in place when
working higher than six feet off the ground or lower level |

DO NOT
